Chisel Jersey

  • Late Fall. Full bittersweet cider apple. Somerset, England, 19th century. One of the most famous of the Somerset bittersweets. Best blended with other apples, it makes a strong rich cider. Round to slightly conic slightly greasy fruit, colored with a beautiful combination of dull opaque reds, yellows and russets.
