Belle Fille

  • Mid Fall. Belle Fille is an old apple variety from Normandy, France dating back to the late 18th Century or earlier. Grown in the Pays de Caux near Rouen in the 19th Century. Large, tall, conical fruit. Greenish yellow skin. Rich, sweet-sharp flavor. Keeps some of its shape when cooked, also good for cider.
